Feinberg Hanson fills a unique vacancy in the legal niche. We formed in 2002 to provide legal and business advice to entrepreneurs and early stage companies. As our clients have grown, we’ve grown with them.

We now represent hundreds of small to mid-sized businesses and investors as they innovate and bring new products to market in everything from technology to life sciences. Our strategic focus, however, has always remained the same–we help business entrepreneurs tackle their core legal needs as they grow their businesses and, ultimately sell their companies. We bring expertise in entrepreneurship, finance, mergers and acquisitions, licensing and strategic partnerships to all of our clients and strive to be catalysts for their success.

Our attorneys are entrepreneurial and thrive on addressing business issues in their legal practice. We staff our matters as leanly as possible. We don’t believe in the traditional multilayered hierarchical staffing approach deployed by large firms. Instead, most of our client teams consist of two active senior attorneys who are deeply involved with their clients.

We understand that highly qualified and credentialed attorneys have many employment opportunities to choose from. At our firm, we are committed to the success of every person at the firm. And we strive to offer very high quality, interesting and substantive work, but we realize that work-life balance is also important. We provide our attorneys with a comprehensive and competitive benefits and compensation package.
