Timothy Featherston is a versatile corporate attorney who counsels clients on a wide range of transactional and corporate law matters.

Timothy advises entrepreneurs and early-stage companies on governance, financings, and other general corporate matters. He also represents companies and investors in mergers, acquisitions, and commercial transactions.

Representative Experience:

  • Represented several early-stage biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and technology companies in Series Seed and Series A financings.
  • Represented several early-stage biotechnology companies in their conversions from LLCs to Delaware corporations in connection with their initial rounds of     preferred stock financing.
  • Represented an investment fund in a crossover investment in a pre-IPO medical services Company.
  • Represented many pre-Series Seed companies in convertible financings, including notes and SAFE financings.
  • Represented a venture capital firm in a Series B investment in a pharmaceutical Company.

Prior to joining Feinberg Hanson in August 2021, Timothy was an associate in the corporate group of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, P.C., where he primarily represented emerging growth companies in the field of life sciences. He has been admitted to the Massachusetts bar.
