- Managed legal aspects of companies’ incorporation, corporate governance and capitalization table
- Provided general corporate support for non-profit, for-profit and B-corporations
- Represented institutional and individual investors in private offerings of equity and other equity-linked securities
Prior to joining Feinberg Hanson, McKenzi was an associate in the corporate group of Cooley LLP, where she provided counsel to businesses throughout their entire life cycle in a broad range of matters, including formation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital financings.
McKenzi has been admitted to the Massachusetts bar.
