Marc has experience in advising private equity funds and their related companies with respect to mergers and acquisitions in addition to experience advising growth companies and investors in financings. Marc also regularly advises companies, investors, and entrepreneurs on general corporate governance matters, including entity formation matters, equity plans, and restructurings.
