In addition, Karen works closely with the partners to develop firm policy and procedures and assists with recruiting, marketing and event planning. She received her BS from Lesley University and has over 25 years of professional experience in operations management, client service, accounting, recruiting and sales.

Karen is an active member of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA).
