As corporate paralegal, Desiree works with private companies in corporate transactions, including private equity and venture capital financings, entity formations, and mergers and acquisitions.

Desiree assists attorneys with all aspects of the firm’s complex corporate finance and transactional practice, including by maintaining capitalization records, preparing stock certificates and corporate governance materials, and making requisite securities filings.

Prior to joining Feinberg Hanson, Desiree was a legal intern at a public interest law firm in Baltimore, MD, where she worked on pro bono cases. Additionally, her interest in social entrepreneurship has led her to travel around the globe presenting workshops to students on social justice and innovation.
