Arianne’s practice involves representing private and public companies, private equity firms and investors in M&A transactions and equity and debt financings.

Arianne Connell is a corporate attorney with experience advising clients on strategic alternatives and general corporate matters, including business formation, regulatory compliance and corporate governance.

Representative Experience:

  • Represented financial services companies in multi-million dollar acquisitions of software companies and asset management companies.*
  • Represented private equity firms in connection with joint and minority investments (Series A through E).*
  • Represented insurance companies in connection with offerings of funding agreement-backed notes under Reg S and Rule 144A.*

Prior to joining Feinberg Hanson in August 2024, Arianne was an associate in the corporate & financial services group of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in New York City. Arianne has been admitted to the New York bar. Arianne has not been admitted to the Massachusetts bar and only practices Massachusetts law under the direct supervision of attorneys active and licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
