  • Represented many pre-Series Seed companies in convertible note offerings.
  • Represented a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company in a Series D financing.
  • Represented a venture capital firm in Series D and Series E investments in a telehealth company.
  • Represented a private equity firm in a Series C investment in a technology company.
  • Represented a private equity firm in multiple acquisition transactions of over two dozen fitness studio franchises.

Prior to joining Feinberg Hanson in May 2021, Dan was an associate in the corporate department of Latham & Watkins LLP, where he primarily represented emerging growth company and private equity clients. Dan has been admitted to the Massachusetts bar. Prior to law school, Dan served in the United States Navy for more than 10 years as an F/A-18 fighter pilot, instructor pilot, and fleet scheduler for the US Fifth Fleet in Bahrain.
