Parth has a diverse corporate practice representing clients in mergers and acquisitions, equity financings, and general corporate matters. He bridges an academic background in business and law with experience as an entrepreneur to best guide his clients.

Parth’s representative transactions include representing:

  • MPLX LP, an oil and gas company, in connection with a public offering of $1.5 billion aggregate principal amount of Senior Notes due 2052.
  • The Mission Asset Fund, a California non-profit corporation, in connection with the issuance of Impact Securities in a Regulation D offering due 2025.
  • City of Hope, a world-renowned, National Cancer Institute-designated comprehensive cancer research and treatment organization, in connection with its acquisition of Cancer Treatment Centers of America.
  • The Riverside Company, a global investment firm, in connection with the acquisition and financing by portfolio company in VitaHealthcare Technologies of Transplant Connect.

Parth joined Feinberg Hanson in October 2022. Prior to joining Feinberg Hanson, he was an associate in the Dallas office of Jones Day representing public companies, private companies, and investment firms in various transactions. Parth has been admitted to the Texas and Massachusetts bar.
