Adam Sonnenschein brings over 40 years of corporate and securities law experience to Feinberg Hanson.

experience

Adam’s work for clients has ranged from counseling U.S. and foreign corporate clients in acquisitions and divestitures; organizing cross-border joint ventures to leading IPOs and private financings and advising Boards of Directors and individual directors on corporate governance issues.

His clients have included many private companies, major investment banking firms specializing in technology finance and NASDAQ and NYSE-listed manufacturing and technology companies. As a result of his involvement in international transactions, he has been an adviser to the Office of the US Trade Representative. Adam also co-led a significant pro bono project advising health systems and governments in the developing world with respect to the business and ethical issues related to participating in clinical trials of new pharmaceutical therapies.

Adam was a partner in the corporate group of Foley Hoag for 25 years.
